My mission is to make the best gluten free pizza in Michigan. I started my gluten free business by making a gluten free pizza for my mom. After a year of failed attempts and hundreds of hours of research, I finally created the best gluten free pizza that I sell to the public.
I am the only certified gluten free pizza resturant through the N.F.C.A. (National Foundation for Celiac Awareness) to make gluten free pizzas in the state of Michigan. Currently my store is rated number one in the United States according to community feedback glutenfreeregistry.com. We have a dedicated work area and utensils used only for our gluten free products.
